So, I think I had a fairly good week. Friday was a complete wash, I did not track anything I ate that day. Saturday-Tuesday I stayed within my calorie limit, Wednesday was another bad day (curse you cinnamon rolls!) and I cleaned up my act again Thursday.
I am down to 222.5 lbs (last week I was 226), so a loss of 3.5 lbs.
I did not work out or start couch to 5 k, but I was out everyday playing Pokemon Go. So I got a lot of steps in this week.
I am super motivated going forward this week. I am only 9 points away from earning a yarn order from Wool Warehouse. I earn 1 point per day if I stay within my calorie goal, and ever Friday morning when I weigh myself I get 1 point per pound lost. So if I earn 6 points for my calorie goals (Sunday is my cheat day, going out for Sushi), I just need to work hard and loose 3 lbs this week.
I am using Red Heart Soft, in 4 colors.
- teal for weight loss of 2 lbs or more
- deep sea for weight loss of 0.5 lbs – 1.5 lbs
- off white if my weight stays the same
- charcoal if I gain weight
Since I lost 3.5 lbs this week, I am doing my next round in teal, which is round 33 in part 8 of the ATB CAL. It was a quick and simple sc round, and the next few weeks will also be pretty simple as well.
